Order

Once you have found the desired product, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking the button Add to basket. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the link Shopping Cart without obligation.
 
You can remove the products from your shopping cart at any time. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, click on the button Checkout. You will then be asked to enter your personal data and select the payment and shipping method as well as to confirm that you have read the customer information. You can cancel the order process at any time or complete it by clicking on the Buy button.

Conclusion of contract

The language of the contract is German. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. After entering your personal data and by clicking the button Buy in the final step of the order process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The contract of sale comes into effect with our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

The contract text is saved. You can view the General Terms and Conditions of Business at any time on this page and save them on your computer. The concrete order data as well as the general terms and conditions will also be sent to you by email.

Prices

The prices are final prices and include the statutory value added tax plus shipping costs. For further details, please refer to the product pages.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs include packaging and postage.

For orders with a value of goods starting from 50 € we deliver within Germany free of charge. For orders with a lower value of goods we charge a flat rate of 3,50 €.

For deliveries with a total weight of up to 1 kg in EU member states the shipping costs are 7,00 €.

For details on delivery times and shipping costs for deliveries within and outside Germany, please refer to our terms of delivery and shipping.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, taxes and customs duties may have to be paid by the recipient.
In the case of partial deliveries, which were arranged by us, we charge your shipping costs only once.

If a shipment is not delivered due to no fault of our own (e.g. wrong address information provided by the customer or absence), we will charge the costs for resending the shipment including any return costs of the shipping company.

Payment methods

You can choose between the following payment methods for the payment of the goods:

a) by cash in advance

You order the desired goods and receive an order confirmation from us with details of our bank account by e-mail. After receipt of the payment on our account we send the goods immediately to you.  

b) by credit card with Paypal

Upon request, we will send you a payment request from PayPal. Via PayPal you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. As soon as we receive a notification of receipt of your payment, we will deliver the goods to you.

If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you will automatically receive detailed instructions on how to set up your PayPal account.

c) with invoice

The invoice enclosed with the delivery is due within one week and without deduction.

This payment method is only available for our registered regular customers.
