General Terms and Conditions
1. General information
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the ordering, delivery and payment of goods. Purchase contracts are concluded by sending an order confirmation by e-mail from Fadenkreuz-Shop to the customer or by delivery of the goods.
2. Offers
Our offers are non-binding. Minor deviations and technical changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions are possible.
.3. Delivery and Payment
The terms of delivery and payment of Fadenkreuz-Shop are detailed in the customer information. There is no minimum order quantity. All our prices are final prices and include the statutory value added tax of currently 7% or 19%. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this appears advantageous for a speedy handling. Special forms of shipment requested by our customers are charged with a local surcharge.
.4. Delivery time
Goods which are in stock, arrives in 1-2 working days after receipt of order or payment for shipping. We are not liable for transport problems of Deutsche Post DHL. If the goods are not in stock at the time of ordering, the buyer will be informed by e-mail within two working days. If delivery cannot be made within two weeks after the order or after expiry of a previously stated delivery date, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Claims for damages due to delay or non-performance are excluded.
5. Retention of title
Up to the complete payment the goods remain property of Fadenkreuz-Shop.
6. Data storage
Pursuant to § 28 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we draw your attention to the fact that the data necessary for the processing of business transactions are processed and stored by means of an IT system in accordance with § 33 (BDSG). Personal data will of course be treated confidentially.
7. Place of jurisdiction
Place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Marl. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
