Delivery time
Letters, parcels and parcels are sent by Deutsche Post DHL.
Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of order or payment. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day. We are not liable for transport problems of Deutsche Post DHL.

Shipping
Shipping for deliveries within and outside of Germany can be found in the following table:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may have to be paid by the recipient.
If the goods cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or omissions on the part of the customer, we will charge the customer for the costs incurred for the reshipment, including any return costs of the carrier (DHL / Deutsche Post).
Also in case of refusal of acceptance by the customer, the return costs will be charged.
If you place an order with us for several items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, for which the delivery times indicated for the respective item apply. There are no additional shipping costs.
If goods are not in stock at the time of ordering, the buyer will be informed by e-mail within two working days. If delivery cannot be made within two weeks after the order or after expiry of a previously stated delivery date, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Claims for damages due to delay or non-performance are excluded.
